After a short drive out of the city, you will find yourself in the hills of Chiang Mai. Hidden among the peaks and valleys are caves, stunning waterfalls and some of Thailand’s amazing flora and fauna.

Chiang Mai is a great place to buy Asian handicrafts. From modern air-conditioned shopping centers to traditional markets, you might come back with a full suitcase of treasures.
